Just purchased an old 24foot pontoon Have to rebuild before I can launch The carpet is very poor shape Can I remove then and just use yours?

Yes, for refurbishing your vintage pontoon trailer the marine grade carpet we offer is ideal.
You can use either pre-made replacement carpeted bunks like the 7-foot # CE27845 or one of the other pairs shown on the linked page, or you can re-carpet your existing bunks using our rolls of 18-inch-wide marine carpet # CE11349. The second linked page displays all sizes and colors of marine carpet. All you need to apply it to your wooden bunks is a heavy-duty stapler which you'll find at your local hardware store.
If you want to make trailering the boat easier you might consider replacing the simple carpeted bunks with low-friction roller bunks like # DL21741 which reduce much of the stress on your winch by allowing the boat to easily glide onto the trailer.
