Hi Buying Biktrix Stunner LT bikes. Electric bikes Step through, has fenders, 45 pounds each, 4” tires, hitch 1.25 on Acura RDX 2011 Will need to drive the bikes 2 times a year from California to Canada in April then back to California in November. Otherwise probably never use the rack. This rack?? Or??

I would love to help but it is not advised to use a wheel mount bike rack with fenders so the RockyMounts MonoRail 2 Bike Platform Rack part # RKY10003 is not your best option. Instead, I recommend taking a look at the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack part # SA4412B. This option will allow for a 60 lb bike. It can accommodate 5" wide tires with the # SA4419 Adapter so there will be no issues with your two Biktrix Stunner LT bikes using this combination. The frame clamps will however need to be placed on the uppermost horizontal top tube or the vertical down tube.
