Hello William,
No, the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera System # HM50002 does not have the infrared operation necessary for night-vision capability. We do have the Swift Hitch Digital Wireless Hitch Alignment Camera and Monitor # SH02Digital which does have the night vision. It is also wireless as well. The wireless system works on a closed bluetooth network, so the camera can only work with the provided screen, which is great because it blocks out any kind of interference.
I have also included a video of the Swift Hitch Camera system so you can get a good feel for the product before purchasing.
