Question:

I need a way to beef up the rear suspension of my 2018 Ram 1500. It sags a bit when the bed is loaded. It has coil springs out back.

For the coil spring rear suspension of your 2018 Ram 1500 we have the Firestone Coil-Rite kit part # F4185 as a confirmed fit and a great solution. The bags of this kit fit into the coils which allows you the ability to have as much suspension support as you want by adjusting the pressure in the bags.

For a compressor kit to allow you the ability to monitor and inflate/deflate the bag pressure from the inside of your truck you'd then want the Firestone Air Command part # F2158 if you only need the ability to inflate both bags to same pressure (this is a single path compressor), or the dual path version part # F2178 which allows you to have different pressures in either bag. This is great for situations where maybe there is more weight on one side of the truck bed.
