Bike Rack Recommendation for Carrying E-Bike with Step Through Frame

Question:
I am considering either the Hollywood Racks Sport rider or part # HR1450E or the Kuat NV 2.0 or part # NV22G. I have an electric bike which weighs 52 lbs and so believe either will work. However, the electric bike is a step through frame and I have concerns with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider being able to clamp down effectively. Is there a way to overcome that with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider? Thanks.

I have what I think is your best option...The Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202. This rack was specifically designed to fit carry the heavier e-bikes that typically have the step through frames like you mentioned. Check out the picture I attached to see what I mean. What's really nice about this rack also is that it has a ramp setup that can pull out to help you load/unload the bikes. I also attached a review video for the rack for you to check as well.
There really isn't a great way for the Hollywood Rack bike rack # HR1460Y-E to secure a bike with a step through frame.
