The TruXedo Sentry Hard Tonneau Cover part # TX1557001 which is a fit for your 2019 Toyota Tacoma if it has the 6' bed would be classified as water resistant. There is a foam gasket called the header seal that gets installed on the top of the bed rail directly adjacent to the cab and then there are also foam gaskets that lines the bottom of the side rails.

This will do an excellent good job of keeping any water out but there are always certain situations in which a few drops may get in and that is why it cannot be classified as waterproof. We don't offer any tonneau covers that are completely waterproof as that is a rather bold statement for any tonneau cover manufacturer to make but the Sentry in particular will be more water resistant than most due to the foam gaskets.
