Do you stock replacement wheel straps for this bike rack. I would like to have a couple of spares to carry with me.

Yes, my contact at Swagman confirmed that you can use the Replacement Ratcheting Wheel Strap # SP494 for spares with your Escapee 2 rack # S64693. These are not green like the original straps but these will work fine since they are the same strap just in another color.
