Yes they are! The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # 23-180 (Left Hand) and # 23-181 (Right Hand) are made in the USA; the accompanying photo is from one of these assemblies with the "Made in U.S.A." sticker on it.
These electric brake assemblies are 12" diameter x 2" wide, fit 7,000 lb axles and have a 5-bolt mounting flange pattern.
