Question:
So I saw an installation of the Tow Pro brake controller you sell and I have determined that I am going to sell or give away my trusty Prodigy rather than move it to the new truck. I have checked the Sequoia console and found a suitable mounting point for the controller knob. Do I need some sort of mounting plate for it?

Expert Reply:
Yes, you can use the custom Mounting Panel for the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite, part # 331-TPSI-002, to install your brake controller # RED44FR in your Sequoia. This panel is shown installed in the photo I linked for you. Depending on the exact spot where you choose to install the control know you may not need the plate.
You can refer to the linked video to see an installation.
