Yes, you certainly can use the 12V auxiliary power circuit on your 7-way wiring setup to power trailer lights.
If you refer to the linked photo of a vehicle 7-way connector you will note that the 12V power circuit is carried on the contact at the 1:00 position as you look at the 7-way socket. This is noted by the yellow arrow.
An easy way to access this 12V power circuit is to tap into it by using a junction box like # HS381-9000. This box gives you a handy place to install a ring terminal like # 44-5310A and wire like # 10-1-1 from that power circuit to the location where you want to install your lights.
I recommend using a switched light (one with an on/off switch built into it) to simplify the installation. I also recommend you use high-efficiency LED type lights like those shown on the linked page.
LED lights have many advantages. They use only a small fraction of the power of incandescent lights; they never require replacement bulbs and they have brighter output that does not tend to turn yellowish with age like basic light bulbs do. They also generate far less waste heat.
Some interior LED lights with switches you might consider are parts # RVILL34, # RVILL33, # ILL22CB and # 277-000114. All use a white wire for ground.

There are 2 plugs taped together above the gas pedal and taped to the frame. Neither plug is sticking out since their completely taped up. I dig some digging and found they were right in front of me but didn’t look like plugs. 2020 Ram Rebel Blackout package
