I need a 30a, 4-wire power cord about 25foot long. All I find is 3-wire cords. Thanks.

If you need an RV power cord with 4-prong plugs it is probably a 50-amp cord rather than a 30-amp. The Mighty Cord 25' RV Power Cord Extension # A10-5025EH has 4-prong 50-amp connectors on both ends.
