Expert Reply:
There is not a standard tire pressure rating for all ST135/80-13 tires with a load range C rating. The proper tire pressure rating will actually be the maximum tire pressure rating which is listed on the sidewall of every trailer tire by law. This will allow you to retain the full weight capacity of the tire and is the tire pressure rating you will need to abide by. There is one exception to this however and that is the Goodyear Endurance Trailer Tire which uses a fill chart based on the weight of the trailer.
Unfortunately, we don't offer any ST135/80-13 tires so I don't have a reference point for you either. The closest tire we have to this size is a ST175/80-13, the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire part # AM10199 which has a 50 psi maximum tire pressure rating.
If you have a spare wheel/tire for both your tow vehicle and trailer then great! However, if not you would want to look into a quick fix repair kit like the Slime Truck Spair Flat Tire Repair Kit part # SLM50063 so you do not end up stranded. I have attached a review video for you as well.
