Could BCD0388-00 Replace 50 CFM Motor

Question:
I need to replace the motor in my Ventline ceiling fan model V2262-50. I know that the replacement part is #BCD0388-00 as it is a 50cfm fan. I am wondering if I can use #BCD0314-00 as it is a 90cfm fan. Thank you

It may not be an exact replacement but there's no reason you couldn't make the # BCD0388-00 fit in place of the smaller motor. They both install in the same way so it would be just a matter of possibly having to drill new holes in the bracket.
