I checked with Kat's Heaters and for your 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe with the 3.5L engine the correct Engine Block Heater is part # KH11812.
This cartridge style heater will install in the rear right (RR) position on the engine block, which is the point of the engine that is closest to the passenger seat on your Santa Fe. I have attached a diagram to assist.
