My recommendation of a 5th wheel hitch will be dependent on the size of the bed on your 2018 Ram 3500. For a 6-1/2 foot bed I recommend the sliding B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 or for an 8 foot long bed the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255.
To add base rails to your '18 Ram 3500 you will then use the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2605.
Finally, if you need a 5th wheel wiring harness I recommend part # C56000.
