Hello. Im considering buying the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket - 50inch Long x 45inch Wide for use on my 1989 Isuzu Trooper. 4 door My trooper has rails that run side to side across the roof. These are metal rails that are 3/4inch tall by 1 1/4inch wide and are adjustable fore and aft to change the distance between them. How would I mount your Safari Rack to my Trooper. Thanks, in advance, for any info.

We have the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for Factory Rails # SPS4550-1101 which is designed to fit on factory raised roof side rails like it sounds like you have on your 1989 Isuzu Trooper. The hardware that comes with this is designed to clamp around the raised side rails of a roof rack like you have for installation.
