Question:
I brought this and now my garage wont install it and says they have to cut the inner bumper lining to do it and dont want the liability. Is this the right parts for my car and who will install it correctly around me?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13277 is indeed correct for your 2018 Audi Q7. The Curt Hitch, etrailer hitch # e88KR, and both Stealth Hitches # 391AUDQ716T and # 391AUDQ716 are all fits for your 2018 Audi Q7 and they all require trimming.
Unfortunately, we don't have a list of recommended installers for the products we offer outside of our location here in Missouri. There are some shops that will install the trailer hitch for you no problem and there are others that will be reluctant to cut into the bumper on an expensive vehicle like your Audi Q7. I would call around to some of the performance shops in your area as they will feel more comfortable working on a higher end vehicle and will most likely have experience trimming rear bumpers for aftermarket parts.
