For your Dutchmen 5th wheel you can use the replacement landing gear kit # LG-183708 from Stromberg Carlson. This landing gear shares common fits with many other popular brands of landing gear like Lippert, Venture and Atwood.
Check the spacing of the frame clamps on your existing landing gear jacks. Compare to the diagram that is linked for you. So long as you have 17-1/2-inches between clamps as shown then this kit will work great.
