If your 2018 Nissan Titan XD didn't have the factory gooseneck hitch the best gooseneck hitch we have is the B and W Turnoverball hitch part # BWGNRK1217. This hitch has more capacity than your truck would need at 30k and is the easiest to use and most reliable.
If you have the factory gooseneck hitch and need a ball to the hole in your bed you'd want the B and W kit part # BWGNXA2061. This comes with safety cable loops that are the easiest size to fit chains to and a handle on the ball which prevents you from having to grab the greasy ball any time you want to install the ball.
