For your 2018 Infiniti Q50 that has a Class I trailer hitch installed like the Draw Tite part # 24931 I really like the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes, part # HLY94FR
This is a platform bike rack that only touches the bike at the tires and only weighs 20 lbs! The biggest drawback to platform bike racks has always been the weight of them, but with this rack you get the best of both worlds. The preferred attachment style with the lighter weight.
