On a dual wheel RV do I need to use a leveler on both tires?

On a dual rear wheel setup you'd only need to use the Anderson Leveler part # AM3620 on one of the wheels. Normally you'd use it on the outside wheel but if you had a flat on the outside wheel you could then use it on the inside wheel to allow you to change the spare.
