How do I know if these will fit my dual axle trailer. Dont you have to factor in distance between tires. 2017 Funfinder 24RK Dual Axle Tires are 205 75 14

Since tandem axles setups on trailers typically all have roughly the same distance between the tires the distance between them isn't super important when picking out tandem axle wheel covers. Your tire size of 205/75-14 has an outer diameter of 26.1 inches which would work well with the Adco Tyre Gard RV Wheel Cover # 290-3923 that you referenced since it's designed for 26 to 27 inch diameter wheel/tires.
