I believe you meant the tire size 18/8.50-8 which we have as the Kenda K389 Hole-N-1 Bias Golf Cart Tire # AM40537 that doesn't have a wheel. Currently we do not have a tire with the size 18.5/8.50-8.
This tire has a load range B (815 lbs at 22 psi) with a section width of 8.5" and an overall outer diameter of 17.6" when inflated to 22 psi.
