For my 2019 Kia Sportage that has a naked roof which roof rack and canoe carrier should I get?

Inno roof rack part numbers # INXB108-115, # INXS200, and # INK686 would be what I recommend for your 2019 Kia Sportage with a naked roof. This rack will give you aero shaped bars that will offer minimal wind noise and will install easily.
Then for a canoe carrier the Thule Portage part # TH819 would fit and be a great choice as well. It will let you carry the canoes facing down and comes with straps needed to secure the canoe.
