I was able to find the service manual for the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 and found in that where Lippert recommends if the jacks are down for extended periods, it is recommended to spray exposed leveling jack tubes with lubricant every 3 months for protection. If you happen to be in a salty environment it is recommended to spray the rods every month.
I also spoke to my contact at Lippert and he told me that you can use a white lithium grease like # L11354 on the gears, but be careful not to over grease them, because grease will then run down the leg if you add too much which will in turn attract dirt and debris to the leg. You can use a silicone based lubricant on the exterior of the legs. He mentioned that there are no set intervals for greasing the gears of the legs, it would be on an as needed basis.
There are no zerks on the leveling legs, should there ever be a concern, my contact told me that he recommended to pull the motor and drizzle "a little" inside the leg, this will lubricate the threaded rod and ball screw.
