Yes, the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16420-104 is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Ram 3500 with the 6-1/2' bed. I checked this Curt as well. The kit is a custom fit so no drilling in the frame rail will be required.
