For your 2018 Nissan Titan I very strongly recommend going with the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite item # 331-EBRH-ACCV2 over the Curt Spectrum item # C51170, which does use Wiring Adapter item # C51382 to connect to your 2018 Nissan Titan. The Redarc Tow-Pro item item # 331-EBRH-ACCV2, which you can install in your '18 Titan with Wiring Adapter # 3050-S, is by far the superior option because it is not only extremely effective and responsive but its manual control knob makes it simple to use; the Tow-Pro can also be mounted almost anywhere you like so it won't take up a lot of and the fact you can mount it wherever you like will keep the cab of your Titan clear for more imporant things - like leg room. You will be able to mount the Tow Pro in one of the places in the photo you attached by using the Mounting Panel for Redarc Tow-Pro Elite item # 331-TPSI-001.
