What are the dimensions for the brake winch? Specifically the total width of the plate which attaches to the device?

I attached a drawing showing all of the dimensions for the base of the Dutton-Lainson Freewheeling Brake Winch, # DL14996, for you to review, see link.
The overall width of the base, including the curve created by the bend in the plate, adds up to 4-3/4 inches and the overall length of the base is 5-1/2 inches.
