Normally the SAE number isn't a reliable way to find the correct replacement as it is not a part number, but from different customers in the past we've determined that the number you listed is for the Bargman Light Lens # 34-59-010. This lens is a red clearance light lens that measures 4 inches L X 2 inches H x 5/8 of inch deep.

This is not necessarily true. The Bargman lens covers mentioned here COULD work, but the bases of the lights may be different, and so they don't quite fit. Peterson and Trucklite make the same lenses with the same dimensions (4"x2"x5/8", squared off). Peterson is AP2 99 and Trucklite is DOT AP2 75. I found the Peterson (model # V108WR (red) and #V108WA (amber) to work for my 2003 Coleman Fleetwood Niagara camper. They come with the light and base, not just the lens, but are price competitive, so easy enough to remove and use.
