For the Glacier Twist Link Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners - 1 Pair # TH01571245 you most likely do not need tensioners. The cam-style side chains simply rotate using the L-shaped tool to tighten the chain appropriately.
If that will not tighten your chains appropriately, let me know your tire size so I can confirm you have the correct chains for your tires. These chains fit the following tire sizes:
10.5x20
10x22.5
255/80-22.5
265/75-22.5
275/70-22.5
9x20
If you have one of these sizes and still desire more tension, you can use the Glacier Multi-Arm Rubber Adjusters - Heavy-Truck Chains - 18-1/2" to 24-1/2" Rims - 1 Pair # PW103.
