This would be a replacement on my trailer valet XL. Your rating states 250lbs. Original tires rating is. 500lbs. Can you please help with discrepancy.

The tire part # TVTR that you referenced is a Load Range B tire in the size of 2.80/2.50-4 which means it does have a 250 lb per tire capacity. The Trailer Valet that this is used on is the # STC-V211 which has a 500 lb capacity total.
The Trailer Valet XL # TVXL25 that you have actually uses the tire part # TVXLSR which does have a 500 lb capacity per tire.
