Hi. I need all hardware to fit on my roof rack. Which one you advice for Sears cargo sport 15 cav. Thanks.

The Sear cargo boxes were made for them by Thule. Although the original mounting kits are no longer available it is easy enough to adapt another u-bolt mounting kit to work well on this rooftop cargo box. It really just depends on the type of roof rack and the dimensions of that rack's two crossbars.

The kit # TH05603 that you referenced includes u-bolts that fit bars up to 3-3/4-inches wide and 1-3/4-inches tall. If your roof bars are within these dimensions then this kit is the best cost-effective option. If your roof crossbars are too large for this kit please advise their actual width and thickness and I will find you an alternative that will work.

If you have to drill new holes for the hardware you can seal up any extra holes using RTV Sealer # LT37467. This silicone product will prevent water and dirt from entering the box.
