Spare Tire Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for 2004 Honda CR-V with Offset Spare

Question:

Hello! 2004 Honda CR-V I am trying to decide between: Yakima SpareRide # Y02599 OR Thule Spare Me # TH963PRO Trunk Mounted Bike Rack My wheel is off center. I am leaning toward liking the Yakima, but will it indeed work with my car? And can it also be offset to the center? See attached photo. I appreciate your help!!!

We have one spare tire mounted bike rack that fits offset spares at the back of a vehicle like your 2004 Honda CR-V. For that we have the Thule Spare Me part # TH963PRO which would work well.

I wouldn't recommend a spare mounted bike rack for a vehicle that wasn't capable of an offset on a vehicle with an offset spare.
