Length of Short Side of Ratchet Strap

Question:
How long is the strap on the short side of the ratchet strap between the hook and the ratchet itself?

From the point where the strap connects to the ratchet to the end of the strap is about 21-1/2 inches and from that same location to the end of the hook is about 24 inches.
