From what I could find it looks like your 2010 Volkswagen Jetta 6-speed cannot be flat towed but can be towed using a tow dolly like part # RM-2050-1 (using connector # PK11604 or # PK12706.
Although these do have lights I also recommend installing magnetic lights like part # TL21RK so that you are more visible.
Double check in your owner's manual or with your nearest dealer as they will have the final say when it comes to flat towing.
