Question:

I just ordered some replacement parts for my Thule roof basket, but after looking more closely at pictures am wondering what exactly I have. I know it is a Thule, but not sure it is a Trail, although it MOSTLY looks like a trail. The parts all look interchangeable, but mine does not have the front and rear rails for accessories. Any insights see pics

Thank you for the pictures! It looks like you have the discontinued Xpedition cargo basket.

I spoke with my contact at Thule who said that they only carried this basket from 2005 - 2008 and the kit came in parts bags so even though the Replacement M6 Wing Knob # 1500052527 and the Replacement Locking Cover # 1500052557 for the Trail XT looks like it will fit, they have no way to confirm this.

If the screws you are using are M6 screws then the knob should fit no problem. I went out to the warehouse and took some measurements of the locking cover for you to reference and compare to what you currently have so that you can have a better idea if it will fit or not.
