So, folks, this again is gonna replace one, quantity one, of that tamperproof wrench that came with your Thule M.O.A.B. Roof-Mounted Cargo Carrier. It removes the tamperproof bolts from the load bar mounting plates of that cargo basket, and that cargo basket is sold separately and the cargo basket itself is item number TH690.
