The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS61069-70F referenced in your question are confirmed to fit your 1999 Ford F-350. Just note that if your stock mirrors had additional features like LED turn signals, automatic dimming, or puddle lights these will be lost as the replacement mirrors do not include such functions. When installing the mirrors on your F-350 the built-in wiring will plug right into the existing ports that were used by your factory units. You will not need to splice any wires. Both the driver and passenger side mirrors are included.
I have attached a short video demonstration on these mirrors that you can also check out.
