Yes, the Thule OutWay Trunk Mount Carrier, # TH45JV, will fit your 2011 Dodge Journey. The 3 bike version, # TH56BV, will also fit.
These bike racks are very light weight and probably the easiest racks to install and remove that I have ever seen. The retractable cables make installation quick and easy.
If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the Thule Adapter Bar, # TH982XT, in order to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video showing how the adapter works.
