Expert Reply:
The Westin Fey Surestep Rear Bumper - Black Powder Coated Steel # 61001 is rated to haul up to 3,500 lbs and will need a hitch ball with a 3/4 inch shank. I recommend # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or # C40001 for a 1-7/8 inch ball. The bumper has integrated holes for the safety chains on either side of the hitch ball. These holes will allow for the S-hooks of your safety chains like # 2118-348-04 to connect quickly and easily but are not compatible with clevis hooks. I've attached an image to assist.
