Your generation of 2010 Toyota Tundra had an available deck rail system that was under the bed rails of the truck. Check under the bed rails. If you don't see a rail system you do not have the deck rail system. The part # TX245801 requires the bed rail system. If you do not have that (sounds like you don't) then the correct Truxport instead is the part # TX245701.
