Can the Ultra Faucets RV Bar Faucet # 277-000069 be Used as a Shower Faucet

Question:
Can I remove the spout 1/2 inch NPT fitting? and use it to replace my cracked horizontally mounted outdoor shower faucet? I currently have a 1/2 inch female NPT quick disconnect fitting on my outdoor shower to hook up the hose to.

I suppose you could mount the Ultra Faucets RV Bar Faucet # 277-000069 on the wall but I'm not sure how that would affect the water flow for your shower.
Instead I recommend going with a valve system that was made specifically for a shower. A great option in the same price range is part # 277-000023 which comes in Satin Nickel.
