I reached out to my contact at Dexter Axle who gave me the spindle information for your specific axle. The compatible disc brake kit that I recommend going with is part # K2HR712D from Kodiak.

My contact did mention that this axle originally came with electric brakes so you will need a brake line kit as well since it sounds like you already have an actuator. I have linked our available brake line kits. All you have to do is filter through the selection for the best fit for your trailer length. For example, part # HS496-153 is 15' long for a triple axle trailer while part # HS496-253 is 25' long for a triple axle trailer.

The electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) actuator I recommend going with is the HydraStar # HS381-8067 for a boat trailer or # HBA16 if you don't have a boat trailer. These are compatible with the disc brake kit I recommended and should be compatible with the OEM controller on your F-350. If you install the HydraStar and find that it has trouble communicating with your OEM controller you will also need the Adapter # HBA-CAM.
