Triple Axle Brake Line Kit that Uses 1/4 inch Main Feed Line
Having the slightly larger main feed line of 1/4 inch is a a great idea for plumbing up your triple axle trailer. We have the HydraStar kit part # HS496-153 which is designed for that. This kit uses 1/4 for the main feed line to the first tee fitting and then from there reduces to the smaller 3/16 inch size but this kit was designed for heavier trailers like yours so it will still work really well and you won't have any issues with brake performance. Disc Brake Kit Needed for a 2015 Cyclone 4200 with Triple Dexter Axles
I reached out to my contact at Dexter Axle who gave me the spindle information for your specific axle. The compatible disc brake kit that I recommend going with is part # K2HR712D from Kodiak. My contact did mention that this axle originally came with electric brakes so you will need a brake line kit as well since it sounds like you already have an actuator. Recommended Brake Line Kit For Triple Axle Boat Trailer With Dexter BrakeRite II Disc Actuator
I recommend using either the 15' Main Line Kit # HS496-153 or 25' Main Line Kit # HS496-253 with the Dexter BrakeRite II # T4813102. These brake line kits use 1/4" steel main lines ensuring they do not flex and the brake pressure gets all the way to the calipers. You will need to select the correct kit based on the length of your main line needed from the placement of the actuator to the front axle.

Recommended Way to Add Disc Brakes to 2020 Momentum 376THS
The first thing you'd want is the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR79E for each axle. This is a 7k kit with an oil bath dust cover that fits your current spindles and also is compatible with your wheel size. For bearings you'd need to order the # 25580 and # 02475 separately as well as the seal # 10-63 as they are not included. Since you have a triple axle trailer you'd need three of the disc brake kits and 6 each of the bearings and seals. For an actuator kit the best option is the Hydrastar...

Yes, we have the HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Triple Axle - 15' Long, 1/4" Main Line, # HS496-153. We also have a 25 foot long kit, # HS496-253. With either kit, I recommend use with the HydraStar Vented Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes - 1,600 psi, # HBA16. This will convert the electric system over to a hydraulic system with the electric motor that pushes the plunger into the hydraulic master cylinder as you brake.
