The distance between the handle bars and seat is 20 inches. Will this frame adapter work for my wife’s bike.

Expert Reply:
The Rhino-Rack Bike Frame Adapter Bar # RRRBCA021 is sized to work best on bikes that have a handlebar to seat post distance of 23 to 29-inches. But since we offer these adapter bars from many makers we can find one for you that will better fit the 20-inch span on your wife's bike.
Instead you can use the Kuat Ubar # UB01, the Hollywood Racks # HRBA-PRO or the SportRack # SR0500. All of these can accommodate the 20-inch spacing.
