Load Assist Kayak Carrier for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with Factory Stowable Roof Rack

Question:

I have a 2017 Pacifica with the snow and place rack system would the be a way of installing another crossbar so I would be able to install a Thule Hullavator Pro 898 on both sides to carry 2 kayaks

There isn't a roof rack option for the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with the stowable factory roof rack. What I recommend is to use two of the Malone DownLoader # MPG114MD which will allow you to then use the TelosXL load assist accessory # MPG351XL. You would only need one of these since it does not stay permanently attached to the kayak carrier.
