The wheel and tire combo Loadstar ST205/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire with 14" Black Wheel # AM3S451 that you referenced would easily fit on the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs # A12WS545 that you referenced. There would be no frame interference.
