Im looking to find out what the inner dimensions are of the narrow track. Im trying to find a fit kit that will fit it. Thanks!

The Toolbox Mounting Kit for Thule TracRac # TH25200 measures 0.65" wide at the narrow track. This will accomomdate crossover-style toolboxes so long as the box fits between the base rails of the TracRac SR, Utility Rac, or G2 sliding rack on your 2018 Ford F-350. For example, you would need to have the TracRac SR # TH43003XT-000 that fits an F-350's 8' bed or # TH43003XT-785 that fits a 6-3/4' bed for this kit to work.

Looking for square nuts (preferably stainless) that fit the 1/2"-13 thread size for the Thule locking knobs. Do you know if there are some that would fit that narrow track portion? Understanding that the top of the small channel may need to be drilled out at points to allow the threading to pass through to reach the nuts below.
