Hello. I am having a brand new F250 built that wont be ready untill Sept 2018. I am having it built with the Ford fifth wheel prepinch package. Very simply....Do you folks know if this hitch will be a ready fit into that package?

The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3200 is designed to fit industry standard above the bed rails so it is not a fit for the Ford factory prep package that will be in your 2019 Ford F-250.
Assuming that the Ford prep package does not change between 2018 and 2019 you will be able to instead use the B&W Companion # BWRVK3300 or # BWRVK3305 for a long bed or use Companion Slider # BWRVK3370 for a short bed. I have linked videos on all 3 of these hitches for you.
