Is Long Bolt Kit Needed to Install INNO Board Locker on 2016 BMW X3 with OEM Crossbars

Hi - I have a 2016 BMW X3 with OEM Crossbars. Im wondering if I would need the long bolt kit for this rack to fit on those bars. Thanks!

The long bolt kit part # INISF711 that you referenced is designed to allow the Inno Board Locker part # INA744 to fit up to 2 inch tall crossbars. The factory crossbars of your 2016 BMW X3 would not be that tall so this adapter would not be needed.
